Lead Early Childhood Teacher for the 2019/20 School Year

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in a Waldorf setting, preferably as a Lead Teacher. Waldorf Education Certification from a WECAN approved program, or commitment to completing one of these trainings. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university  is preferred. A deep love for children, respect for parents, enjoyment of working in collaboration with colleagues, joy and enthusiasm in the work, and a commitment to self-development in order to become a model worthy of imitation by the children.

Assistant Early Childhood Teacher for the 2019/20 School Year

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is preferred. Administrator beginning August 2019

Our Sons and Daughters School seeks a part-time Administrator to be a servant leader on behalf of the school, it’s teachers and Board of Trustees, while serving as manager of all administrative tasks at OSDS. The position is responsible for the day to day operations of the school and coordination of communication within the school, the school community, and the broader community, as it relates to the business of the school. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one year experience in a Waldorf school; understands the Waldorf curriculum and philosophy. Experience in working with financial statements and financial management. A commitment to Waldorf education and the study of Anthroposophy. A willingness to commit to the mission and vision of Our Sons and Daughters School. Ability to articulate the purpose and mission of the Waldorf Education. Strong leadership and management skills, including crisis/conflict resolution.
